Case Study: Aerial Chatt

Aerial Chatt is our own drone brand. We built it, we run it, and it isn’t a client.

We designed the name and logo, built the WordPress site, and ran SEO and paid search behind it. The brand looked right. Over the stretch we measured, the site drew about 1,300 search impressions and five clicks.

So we ran the same diagnostic on ourselves that we run for clients. The site was trying to serve two different buyers at once, real estate agents and commercial construction clients, and it served neither of them well. The service list had also drifted wider than the work we actually do. We rewrote the homepage to lead with commercial work and point agents to the team that already handles them.
